In our Packhunt for Factories business, we work with industrial companies and suppliers to the building industry to lift their processes to the next step. We work with them through our products and productised services to help these companies make the transformation to the digital world and gain advantages.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager at Packhunt for Factories, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers throughout their partnership with Packhunt. You own the Customer portfolio and will create and execute Customer Life cycle plans to maximize customer engagement and growth. You will collaborate closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure a smooth transition in and out of projects. Finally, you are responsible for the correctness and timely payment of the invoices.
What you’ll do:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers outside of projects. Being their “go-to” partner for any questions they may have.
Work closely with the Delivery manager to ensure a smooth handover for projects as well as expectation management on when projects can be finished.
Create and execute Customer Life cycle plans that focus on engagement and growth.
Ensure that invoices are correct and paid on time.
Coordinate with the Sales Department on Customer onboarding.
Owning and executing the Customer off-boarding process.
Manage client expectations, ensuring that any scope changes are well-documented and communicated.
Report into the Head of Customer Success on revenue forecast and customer happiness.
Share feedback with Sales to improve the experience of our customers and create better expectations with our customers.
Share Successes with Marketing for campaign purposes.
