About Us:

We are a dynamic and driven company at the forefront of revolutionizing the digitalization of the construction industry. As we are growing, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Computational designer and consultant. Your role would be advising companies on how to optimise their sales to production process and adopt digital ways of working. You would be helping them to implement a system built on our proprietary software that is developed for the building industry and has digitized processes of dozens of clients.

Role Overview:

You will be the first point of contact for our clients which includes: dealing with requests from the client, presenting new solutions, managing expectations and delivering technical client-specific solutions successfully. You will also hold a key position in translating the needs of our clients and the market into technical requirements to further improve our product, and deliver the result to the client. 

What you’ll do:

• Understand and explain technical requirements and solutions to clients.

• Effectively manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously, showcasing excellent multitasking skills.

• Plan and organize to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

• Act as a flexible and representative team member with outstanding communication skills.

• Collaborate with project teams and contribute to technical projects, specializing in parametric modelling and BIM.

  
  

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, preferably in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in working in project teams, experience in the construction industry, focusing on BIM or parametric modelling.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts of parametric modelling to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills to comprehend and solve complex technical challenges in parametric modelling.

• Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders and clients at both technical and strategic levels.

• Ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Proven track record in achieving project objectives, especially in parametric modelling projects.

• Continuously strive for improvement and growth within the role.
